- Telephone
orders are accepted but must also be confirmed by e-mail: executivecatering@hotmail.co.uk - or by letter before the delivery date.
- Unfortunately,
due to transport costs a minimum delivery charge over a ten-mile radius
of Durham city centre will be incurred unless agreed by one of our managers
- All
buffets come provided with disposable tablecloths, napkins, flashes and
plates (excluding the platters).
- All
none disposable items if requested must be returned in the same condition
and quantities, a charge for missing or damaged items will apply.
- All
orders are to be paid 7 days before or on delivery by credit card, debit card,
cash or cheque, account customers must pay invoices with in thirty days
of delivery, accounts must be agreed before any delivery's are made, to
set up an account please telephone us on 0191 3863682 to discuss terms.
- A
minimum order for all buffets is ten guests
- We
do try to give every item as stated on the menus but substitutes, of equal
quality, may be made.
- Delivery
times at busy periods sometimes may vary, but we do advise customers when
this occurs.
- All
prices exclude VAT - VAT is 20%
- Please
note that our products may contain nuts or traces of nuts.
- If we need to make a visit to your delivery destination to assess the venue layout or kitchen we require an appointment to be made and we may have to charge a fee for our time and travel costs.
- Table service is not included in any of our prices, all buffets, BBQ's, hog roasts and food stations are served from service areas set up inside or outside the venue.
- Clean up of entire venues after the event is the responsibility of the venue unless agreed prior to the booking.
- We will dispose of our own rubbish if seen as required.
